Skill Grade maintains cordial relations with the leading corporates and wishes to facilitate to their HR for staffing requirements the profiles of the candidates possessing the employable skills. At this backdrop, we conduct screening of the candidates in four phases which includes assessment test in English, quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, core subjects, computer programming (for engineering students)/basic IT (non-engineering students), soft skills comprising group discussion, presentation and writing skills. The prospective candidates qualify in these three phases, shall appear to a mock-interview in the fourth phase.  The profile of the candidates qualifying in all these phases shall be stored in a databank. The databank shall be shared with the corporate HR for their staffing needs. The Skill Grade Assessment Test (SGAT) is rendering the offerings with a minimal fee of 500 rs/- chargeable to the candidates. In the process, the institutes appeal the prospective candidates to use the platform as a self-evaluation tool to ascertain their levels of preparation to withstand the competitive environment and hone their skills to be competitive, and the whole process is organized in a transparent manner. At the end of each of the levels of assessment, a detailed analysis of the test is given to the student identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
